GYXTY Rodent-Proof Central Tube Cable
Product Overview
GYXTY cable places single-mode or multi-mode fibers into a loose tube made of high-modulus polyester material, filled with water-blocking compound. Water-swellable material is applied over the tube for longitudinal water blocking, and steel wire is wrapped around the tube before the sheath is extruded. The wire wrapping works both as a strength layer and as protection against rodent damage, suitable for outdoor routes where rodents are a known risk.
