GYFTZY Flame-Retardant Non-Metallic Cable
Product Overview
GYFTZY cable places 250 µm optical fibers into loose tubes made of high-modulus material, each tube filled with a water-blocking compound. A glass-fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) rod forms the central strength member; the tubes and fillers are stranded around it into a compact circular core, sealed with moisture-blocking compound and finished with a flame-retardant outer sheath. The fully non-metallic construction makes it suitable for indoor risers, tunnels, substations and power rooms where flame spread and electromagnetic induction must be avoided.
